Average 2 hours per day, 10 hours per week and more, at times, if available
• input invoice information into accounting computer system.
• Download, file, and highlight vendor mail and email invoices.
• Scan and file paid invoices.
• Prepare checks to be mailed.
Training and Experience:
• We will train to perform the job duties.
• Tasks involve sedentary to light work, involving some reaching, handling, and fingering paperwork.
• Tasks are regularly performed in an office environment without exposure to adverse environmental conditions such as dirt, dust, pollen, odors, wetness, temperature, and noise extremes or other hazards.
• $18.00 per hour; no other benefits.
