Responsibilities:
- Set up internal quotes for incoming RFQ’s
- Set up internal jobs for new customer orders
- Submit new bids to customers
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly delivery updates to customers
- Receive and distribute customer technical data
- Work closely with sales and upper management on coordination of RFQ, bid and contract issues
- Assist with customer invoicing
Qualifications:
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Strong computer skills – experience in Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Previous experience working with aerospace OEM’s a plus
- Previous accounts receivable experience a plus
